cause:

 A responsibility has been used to post a journal that contains  accounting segments which are not included in the security rules for that  responsibility. This will only refer to accounts built during posting like the retained earnings account where the journal is posted to a year earlier  than the current period is in. It may also relate to intercompany accounts etc.
